Penny Wright-Mulligan brings a strong background and depth of experience to Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty. Penny has extensive knowledge in the area of custom homes, having built, remodeled, and sold several during the past 20 years.
As a member of Marin Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, she is held to a strict code of ethics and is up to date on the latest marketing technologies and real estate legislation.

Prior to joining Decker Bullock Sotheby's, she has worked in the Performance Contracting division of Siemens Corporation. Here Penny sold large energy retrofit projects to Commercial Property owners. The contracts were typically in excess of 5 million dollars. This experience allowed her to work well with team members consisting of engineers, CFO's, owners of buildings, as well as many contractors. Penny is a skilled negotiator and her honesty and warmth allow for, and generate, trusting relationships. Prior to Siemens, Penny worked in Property Management in San Francisco.

Penny served as PTA President for the Reed School District and currently is involved in fund raising for three local schools.

Penny is also a local Board Member as well as a National Representative for the National Charity League. This is an organization fostering Mother/Daughter relationships while serving the community.

Penny is the President of the Paradise Cay Homeowners Association, representing over 200 homeowners.

Penny is an active member of both the Tiburon and St. Francis Yacht Clubs and plays league tennis for Mount Tam Racquet Club. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends and dogs.
